How Do We Do It?

You might be wondering how we can restore badly scratched or faded photographs.  We use extremely high resolution scanners to first capture the image as it exists today.  We can scan black and white as well as color photographs.  In addition, we can scan negatives (even badly damaged ones) and color slides.

Once the image is captured, sophisticated software is used to first correct the "balance" of the photograph.  This corrects the brightness and contrast.  Then using additional software each scratch or missing piece of the photograph is carefully reconstructed by hand.

It is this often time-consuming process that separates photo-restorations.com from the simple duplication process often seen at camera and discount stores.

You can be sure that when you select photo-restorations.com, you precious photographs will receive the very best care.

You'll be proud to display your restored photographs!
